Hi guys,
I'm trying to find out the back focus for the Imaging Source DFK 21AU618.AS. I can't get it to come to focus with a QSI 683 and know that the QSI is made for guide cams with a back focus of 12.5mm, so wondering if that is why?
I see you can get an over-priced adapter for the QSI to make the back focus 17.5 mm for a guide camera.
Thanks for your help.
I'm learning the new world of mono ccd imagining, from coming from a DSLR.
Note: I have been using the Image Source cam as a guide cam with a guide scope, but worried about flexure with a heavy cam hanging off the back of a 8" LX90 (plus focuser, focal reducer etc).
