Lunt LS60 THa/PT/B1200
I am so happy with my Lunt LS60 that I think it is time to upgrade it to something more. I bought the OTA in August 2013 from Bintel.
For $2,000, you get the following
Lunt LS60 THa/PT/B1200 with hard case (http://luntsolarsystems.com/blog/ls60tha-pressure-tuner-solar-telescopes)
Lunt Dovetail Bar (Usually not inlcuded)
Solar observing is simply amazing and will always impress people. Enjoy solar max whilst it lasts!
I also have a SY EQ5 Mount which is the ultimate accessory to go with this. If you are also interested in this we can talk. The mount may seem as overkill, but makes life very easy once it is aligned and is set to track.
No eyepieces, but will take any 1.25" version.
Perfect condition as it has either been kept in the case or on the tripod indoors.
Pick up only from Penrith or Ryde as the etalon filters are fragile.

One more drop. I'll be keeping it if it does not sell at this price as it's too good to let go for less.

The link isn't working for me, is it this model?
http://luntsolarsystems.com/product/ls60tha-pressure-tuned/
Is it the standard crayford or the feathertouch focuser?
Cheers

G'day Adam,
That scopes not much good on a day like today! Damned rain and clouds.
If you don't mind me asking, which scope are you thinking of upgrading to?
Also, did you buy this in August this year, or last?
Thanks,
Ross.

This weather is no good for this hobby unless you're into radio!
I'm looking into a Lunt 100mm at the moment but it has a very higher price tag especially if I want to double stack it. Unfortunately, this must go first.
It's now last August (2013) since posting this ad in July.

First ad posted in July. Oops! I should've noticed that.
This weather is no good for anything except catching pneumonia. No luck today, but I'm going to have another crack at it tomorrow.....

I'm now willing to ship this via Pack Send as insured 'Scientific Equipment'. Shipping is $100.
If it works out to be less, I'll return the difference.
Also, sample picture:

Imaged through a DSLR and processed in Photoshop by way of contrast, highlights and sharpness. Visually, you will see a darker image.

I also now have located the original receipt from Bintel.
Now willing to ship - that's great.
Just to clarify - is that shipping cost on top of the $2000 or included?

Adam, I'm keen to buy. Am assuming it is $2000 plus delivery costs. Would also be keen to hear price of the EQ5 mount and any other info regarding this. Am overseas at the moment so Internet variable but back next week. Regards Julie
