From that shot it looks like they have changed their seating configuration - is that on the new A380? ;)

Beats eating Macas in the food court, or picking your way through the business buffet.
Also better than many $50 a plate establishments I've been to

Doesn't look like the hell on Earth that I'm accustomed to when travelling overseas.

By the look of that seating, QF have decided to go airships... meals in the gondola... :)
QF "airborne" food is OK. Best I ever had was FC with Cathay though - even beat Emirates fine fare easily. Worst I have had is SQ, and I worked for the stingy mongrels for years.
Cattle class food... well, I'd rather take my own. Business class is usually bad enough.

Best food absolutely hands down was business on Lauda before they merged with Austrian. Chef in full regalia from Do & Co (Vienna). Cabin crew dressed as Do & Co waiters. Singapore was excellent. Thai not bad. SAS was passable.
Since we pay our own fares we only fly Qantas where there's no real choice.
