The Cat's Paw Nebula, Bear Claw Nebula and Gum 64) is an emission nebula located in the constellation Scorpius. It was discovered by astronomer John Herschel in 1837, who observed it from the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa.

Another set of Photons recieved by the QHY10 OSC (-35*) from Leyburn 29th June morning hrs with the 10" F4.7 Newt on Neq6p guided with Starshooter and Off Axis Guider.
4 slight miss-hap subs out of 15, so this consists of 11 x 600sec subs Stcked in DSS which I had increase wavelengths and Saturation a smidge and alligned the RGB channels before selecting the 32bit Rational Tiff (507MB) option for a manually saved output image ! Not sure if this has caused the - off colour tinge in darker areas or my PShopping ?
Anywhich - may repro down the track but am happy with the subtle dust around the main Paw Print all the same - some weird smaller star color also leaves a bit to be desired.
Admittingly need more processing experience with the Qhy10 Fitts data, which is an exciting challange

You've picked up a lot of nebula there. Well done.

I've got to image this properly one day.
