It's definitely one of the most beautiful globulars and you've got a top image of it Peter, nice one
Are there any blue stragglers in there? I can't see any but would have thought it must have a decent population of them.

Ta Rolf... I struggled with this one..oddly enough.... due quite good seeing!
Stellar footprints ended up remarkably tight, hence most stars seemed to saturate to white. At full-res there are a couple of blue-stragglers to be seen...but not many.
I think I'll get a better result with the STT8300...but am too lazy to change cameras just now :)
Finally enjoying a run of clear weather

Nice image Peter,
you've proven once again that the Astro-Physics 305mm Honders Astrograph
is an exceptional telescope.
cheers
