Hey everyone,

This is my first stacked image and I'm looking for all the feedback (comments, criticism) I can get! To start off, I'm not sure if I stretched it a little too much haha :P

High res here: http://www.astrobin.com/104101/

52 x 30s exposures, with darks, flats, bias stacked + processed in pixinsight.

My plan is to pick up a coma corrector asap, as I had to crop a bunch of the image out. Also, I don't yet have a good light pollution filter, any suggestions?

Cheers!

Nelson, that is a supurb effort for your first effort at integration. Wonderful colour balance and its crisp and clean.
As for LP filters, i've been doing some reading on this myself of late - the Hutech IDAS LPS P2 get wonderful reviews for performance and mainly the fact that it does not effect colour balance anywhere near the amount that competitors do. They are a bit expensive, but hey - everything in this hobby seems to be that way.
Keep up the fanatstic work. I look forward to more of your images.
Bruce.

Thanks Bruce, I'll have a look at those filters. The addiction is growing! Haha

Hey Nelson.

That is a great shot. What camera are you using and what was the exposure time?

Hey Niv,

I was using a Nikon D90. I took 52 x 30s exposures, so 26min altogether. ISO 1000.
