When was the last time you ever saw four exceptional Carl Zeiss refractors for sale on one ad in I In S ?
Probably never ?
Here is a once off opportunity that you are not likely to ever see again. Four exquisite Carl Zeiss Jena refractors for sale from a major premium collection of telescopes in Melbourne, all in exceptional condition and offering performance that simply is not available from any other telescope ever made, but those that know Carl Zeiss Jena will already know that.
As example the Telementors are 63mm/ 840mm and easily outperform a Skywatcher ED100 and also outperform an ED100 Vixen and my venerable Unitron 102mm 1500mm. If you are asking why is this the case you seriously have never heard of the quality and capability of Carl Zeiss Jena. The best telescopes ever crafted by mankind !!
So ...... I am trimming the collection, I simply do not have the space.
1. Telementor 1 63mm/ 840mm with original Carl Zeiss Jena (CZJ) Eq mount and original CZJ tripod - excellent condition - $1,500
2. Telementor 2 63mm/ 840mm with original Carl Zeiss Jena (CZJ) Eq mount and original CZJ tripod - PLUS original Carl Zeiss Jena 50mm Finderscope with Zeiss bracket (really rare and massively valuable) - excellent condition - $2,200 - it's the first pic with the finderscope
3. AS 80mm 1200mm - excellent condition - $3000 - 3rd pic
4. AS 100mm 1000mm - excellent condition - $5000 - 4th & 5th pic
These prices are much less than you will pay in Europe for this gear and are merely to trim the collection. One only of each, getting rid of some gear that is clogging up my lounge room.
All gear is in perfectly capable condition and is optically excellent.
Plus shipment to your location at cost, nationally (or globally if you are an international enquirer).
