Still getting to terms with using Lightroom. Does the colour look ok? Using/learning Lightroom still and this is my second attempt taking pics as well.
I originally had the light colour on 47 in Lightroom but have tried again at 36.

The color looks pretty natural to me, especially in the first milkyway shot. Was the last one taken with the sun coming up? Play around, its personnel preference to.

As Joshua has already said, colour is really just a personal choice and the best way to find what you like best is to experiment with different settings. Ask five different night scape photographers what white balance setting they use and you will probably get five different answers. Some prefer a bluer image while others prefer a yellower image.

Thanks, the last one was taken at approx 0200 in the morn. I left it with a tad of Blue. I think I overpowered the first attempt with Blue, and also I adjusted every setting in Lightroom, to me I think i killed it, so I started again with just some minor changes to the pics below.

Nice results Ivica!
The last one is probably too blue for my liking but the first is nice!

Thats what I was thinking so I redid it again. The light in the background is from the closest Town.I did these last Thursday night as there was a slight break in the weather before the clouds moved in so I tried some shots.

I really like that first image! And the repro of the last one looks much better.

I agree with Stephen, the first shot is nicely composed. I prefer the repo of the last one as well, it has more of a natural tone.
Great shots for only your second outing

Thanks, gotta keep trying, That first one was a first with light painting. I bought a 5 buck torch off Ebay, they call it a Medilight. Its like a pen but puts out a yellowish light. Happy with it. Now just have to find some different locations. Being Melb, weather doesnt help.

If you set the camera to daylight/sunny white balance and leave unchanged in Lightroom then the colours you see in the image are real and correct relative to sunlight being defined as white.
If you see yellow then it's light pollution, airglow or tungsten lights for an indoor shot. etc. How you change it from there is up to you..

I like the first one, nice. Well balanced in various respects. The others I don't like the colour balance or saturation of so much.
