I use an OAG now so I don't need this anymore.
It's this model:

Also included is a 35mm extension tube which I needed to get focus with my QHY5L-II. The tube is this one:

Note that it's missing the little ring thing but I never used it anyway.
New price would be $138, I'm after $75.
