New fast Sigma f1.4 50mm fixed lens coming

May be of interest to wide-fielders. Sigma bringing out a new 50mm fixed lens, f1.4 which sounds like it could give similar lenses in this class a run for their money. Although it's a bit hefty weighing in at just over 800g and 100mm long. Review below.

I look forward to seeing how the corners show up in astrophotography with this lens. My Canon F/1.4 50mm needs to be stopped down to f/2.2 to be tollorable and f/3.2 to be "nice".
