Hi all. This is my first post to the ice in space community!
This 180 degree Milky Way panorama is stitched from 9 x 15s exposures and is my third attempt at capturing the milky way.
The colours are real, and come from the light of the Byron Lighthouse on the left, the town itself, the industrial area and the highway bypass construction. The picture is taken from the banks of the wetlands on the old golf course at Sunrise (North Beach).
It's not perfect and am hoping to refine my technique as I go.
9 x 15s / 11mm / ISO 1600 / f2.8
