Is anyone else having problems regarding service from OPT.

I have purchased literaly 100's of items from them but in the last 3 months their service is really lacking in the way of no reply to emails even though I am actualy placing an order.

I placed a small order last friday morning as thay had a special going over the weekend and wanted to take advantage of it...still have not received any reply after another further 2 emails.

Anyone else getting bad service from OPT or is it just me....am I expecting too much....I used to get replies next day and orders were delt with as a priority as far as I was concerned.

I ordered a couple of items from them that same weekend and had a quick email response. I did have a bad experience earlier in the year when I wanted some Tak adaptors - delayed emails from one sales assistant and no reply at all to one query. I ended up placing the order locally.

That's very strange Tony.
I've never had a bad experience although I haven't bought that much from them.
I've always had very quick replies.
Maybe they've been really busy with the sale you mentioned.

Or maybe they know there's not much left for you to buy from them. :poke:
