Looking for around 8.5K or nearest offer.

Will trade for cash (5K) and your Takahashi FSQ-106EDX3(iii) as we're doing more family travel and astro camps these days. Main reason for selling? I'm still recovering from the purchase of a big, expensive mount from the US (AP1600GTO).

Buyer pays shipping and insurance (collection in person is highly recommended!)

More pictures at DropBox, here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2czkh39dvlmexdx/AAARtEAcEaXMPDMNcaHqi338a. Everything TOA-related in the DropBox pictures is included, except for the dedicated Extender-TOA 2" 1.6x and no. 67 4" field flattener which are listed separately, here: http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?p=1083417#post108341 7.

To get you up and running, I'm including two telescope mounting options: 1) direct mounting to Takahashi EM mounts via the supplied green mounting plates (x2) and Takahashi tube rings or, 2) mounting via the supplied (very chunky) black BT Technologies Losmandy-wide style plate and Takahashi tube rings, which suits all the major mounts out there (EQ6/8, G11, MX, AP etc).

PMs only thanks.

Regards,

Logan

For a visual perspective, here's how she rides on a MX and 1600GTO.

Also, here's some live video footage of the moon: http://youtu.be/D2f30SYvxsg.

And a selection of single, long-exposure images (300-600sec), no stacking, no post-processing games, all taken with an unmodified Canon and Paramount MX (not my new AP) from suburban skies. The files are very big (10meg each) and the objects are very small (galaxies), so I suggest downloading all files as ZIP to your desktop and viewing on a bigger screen (the big blue 'download' button at top-right of the page): https://www.dropbox.com/sh/7ud1gdlco1p5l4p/AAB-8m6DJL8E9nxCbs3PFgEya

Sold to Cris Ellis (aka Astromelb) from Astronomy Alive in Melbourne.

A nice, smooth transaction.

Cris is a very reasonable buyer and a pleasure to deal with.

Until next time Cris :)

Cheers, Logan
