So looked up at the sky tonight for the first time in a long long time....Mars, Jupiter and Saturn in one night. How good is that :)

(I had no idea it was Mars until I checked on Stellarium)

The seeing a couple of nights ago was better, but this is indeed a special time of year. It's a treat to have three planets, with two quite close to opposition too.

Not often you see 4 planets so clearly and simultaneously.
I mentioned it to my wife and she replied " that's nice dear "

skyoyster (my wife) has been out every night this week competing to see who can bag more moons on Saturn from our inner city backyard.

I usually go to bed at around 5 or 6 am (for some reason, I'm still on Italian time since my vacation there last year).

So I've been seeing Jupiter, Mars , Saturn and Venus every day.
How good is that?
