There is a French site with plots of PEC for various mounts. I
have lost the (webb) address, can anyone advise please ?

You can try the Babel Fish Translater that was posted here a few weeks ago

It does work I have tried it but is a little on the broken English side but does help a little. I am interested for my GPDX mount which is listed there
