The weather has been a little more cooperative in the last few days so I was able to get some colour for this thing. I'm currently collecting a few hours of OIII which might improve it some more but currently it doesn't look too bad.

Cheers

Steve

Thanks Ray - that's high praise indeed

Thanks Mike. Yes it's a faint one. Most of the additional data was binned 2x2 hence the greater prominence. I reckon if I went all unbinned on this one I would be up for 15-20 hours.

Thanks Justin

Thanks Rick. When I posted the luminance I hoped that maybe someone had previously imaged and I could use there image to compare with mine. It was certainly fainter than I expected.

Thanks for those kind words

Been a bit busy of late and missed this absolute pearler of an image.

I enjoyed seeing this rarely imaged object at a serious focal length.

Nice one :thumbsup::thumbsup:

It looks wonderful Steve, the colour and binning really boosted its appearance. Thanks for the view!

Thanks guys. I'm currently in the process of collecting a lot of OIII data for it so we'll see if that adds anything significant.

I agree, with the addition of colors this small nebula turned out very beautiful!
