Hi all,

I sold my 8" Newt two days ago and now this needs to follow suit! For sale is my Mk 2 Baader MPCC. Needs no introduction, does exactly what it claims :P Identical to this one here (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=103902&highlight=MPCC) (with links to sample images)

Selling for $160 posted to your door :)

Is that really a MKIII? the ones for sale online look to have MKIII stamped on the ring?

Hi Peter,

When I was sold this it was sold as a MkIII. I also believe that the Mk3 has a removable T2 ring which, when removed, gives a M48 thread - something the Mk2 did not have? If I am wrong please tell me and I will make adjustments to the price and ad as required (as well being more careful next time when purchasing!)

The MKIII I just purchased new has MKIII printed on the T2 ring adapter like the link above.

I believe the Mk3 version has A on the end of model designation this is a MK2 filter.

hi Meru,

The Mark3 looks like this with the T2 thread removed.

that ring is just a stop, I think.

Cheers

Thanks guys for clarifying that, it is indeed a Mk2. My apologies, ad adjusted :)
