I have been guiding with PHD for a couple of years with no issues. Guiding being maintained for up to 5 minute subs.
The last two session I have not been able to guide at all using either PHD 1 or 2. I am guiding with an Orion 80mm short tube with Starshoot autoguider on a NEQ6 mount.
The graph shows RA maintaining an almost reasonable line, but Dec goes south off the page. I have attached a screen shot of the graph and the latest log.
I'm hoping it is just my alignment (I use Alignmaster to polar align) Any suggestions would be welcome.

Rod,
Corrections like that would normally infer your polar alignment is well out...

you could also try much higher max dec - 1000 maybe rather than the miniscule 150 currently set. More would help pull it in if the PA is off.

Thanks guys. I've bumped the dec max up to 2000. As soon as the skies clear here in Melb I will have another go. Will also try the PHD 2 polar alignment.
