So - having thoughts now about getting a focuser for the CF RC 10.
I just have one issue with where my scope is- the back of the scope is very near the side of the obs when slewing with a camera on it and the standard focuser; so any further extension out would be an issue.
Does anyone have a starlight or a moonlight that they can compare lengthwise with the standard focuser and reassure me that I won't be bunting the walls everytime I slew or park?
I have two extension tubes, the focuser and the camera currently (DLSR or SXH9C) . I cannot afford an atlas focuser!
Cheers chaps

Have a moonlight on mine with stepper motor and I see no difference between that and the standard focuser in length. Focus point would be the same

Alan, just out of curiosity - what model did you get and which adaptors?

Graham
Got the stepper motor and I think the 2.5" adapter. Works really well with SGPro as now have autofocus with filter change as well as each degree drop in temperature.
Ive attached a couple of images if that helps.
