Hello
These images are made on the night of 10 to 11.4.14. Conditions shots as usual were not terrible I tried the barlow but only 4 Tycho goes fairly well, then barlow 3 to finish with 2.
This is not the best we can do with this telescope but given the conditions ....
I'll see what I can do more.

These are excellent Luc.
Interesting approach to use NIR to overcome some of the seeing and a large aperture to maintain the resolution and sensitivity - clever.

Love the detailed features and formations in these high resolution images.:thumbsup:

You aren’t related to Jean Dragesco are you! :lol: He was my hi-res lunar and planetary imaging hero and I still have his wonderful book. A lot of his hi-res images were taken in Cotonou I believe.:)
