Omega centauri, again

Whilst waiting for a target to rise out of the gloom of Melbourne on a bright moonlit night...

The mighty Omega is always a tempting target, it took less than an hour and a half to obtain the data for this image, 20 x 60 seconds each for LRGB.

By the time I had finished taking this image, the clouds had appeared, which meant no data for the real target. At least I got an image.

Hi Al,

You know what? I, at first processed this in Lab, but the colour wasn't right, so I went back to RGB. I'll have to read the thread, because I'm used to using Lab to boost the colour of HaRGB images to tone down the salmon pink emission nebulae.

With less than 2 minutes work I got this in LAB mode -

I might have overdone it - maybe there is too much colour now?

Revised processing, increased the colour saturation using Lab colour and boosted the Luminance a bit more.
