Sommersby Falls

Hi all

Got a leave pass on Sunday morning and took my son Jacob up to Sommersby Falls.

It was a cold foggy morning, and it had been raining a fair bit lately, so was hoping for a lot more water flowing than last time I was there.

Wasn't heaps of water, but it was ok. Jacob took his point and shoot, and I took my 350D+tripod.

All shots taken with a 3x ND + grad ND stacked, exposures around 10s at f/14, ISO100.

I forgot the change the camera to RAW mode, so all of these were taken in L Jpeg. Some levels, curves and saturation adjustments in Photoshop.

Well done Mike, my last attempt at waterfalls was a disaster. The ND filters and tripod are a must. :thumbsup:
