After buying a 40D body last year I bought the new "STM" kit lens for everyday use. I've used it exactly twice.
The STM motor is Canon's new 'silent' focus motor to make their lenses more useful for video work. It is actually a bit weird to press the focus button and not hear anything happening!
End caps included. At the moment I can't remember if I put a filter on it. Will check later when I'm home.
The lens is as new. Selling because I'm not using it.
Looking for $110 or nearest offer.
