Today marks 13 days of cloudy/rainy days in Sydney and the forecast looks bad for at least another week. I find myself looking at the sky each night, peering through my living room window with anticipation and expectation, alas, it is to no avail. What a waste of a new moon.
So i am throwing this out to the universe, how are you filling the void left by the weather? any good suggestions?

I have found myself catching up on a number of podcasts, going back to the start of Astronomy cast and the Skeptics Guide to the Universe.

Yeah that's my fault, sorry, I got a new SBIG camera 5 weeks ago and we've had a total of 2 clear nights since :(

I fill my time working on my Arduino project and playing Kerbal Space Program, I can highly reccommend either of these ways to spend your free time :D

Sunday night I wandered outside after the rain/lightning/thunder stopped and there were stars peeking through sucker holes.
