DOB Mount (Need Help Fastish)

Does anybody have a set of plans, (or can point me at a site), for a DOB mount that could take a 12" F4 OTA? Options for adding a goto system would also be useful.

I think Alex (mental4astro) is your man. My memory is a bit sketchy, but didn't he show some plans for wood cut-outs for a Dob base last year (or maybe the year before) that looked particularly easy to reproduce? Or maybe it was someone else ... :shrug:
