I recently got to do a shift at the Pierre Auger cosmic ray observatory. In my off nights, I got to go to the detector sites and take some images and time lapse footage.
Here are a few panoramas I took with my 6d and samyang 24mm f/1.4 lens

I have also taken a series of time lapses with my 6d, 60d and samyang 14 & 24mm lenses.

Terrific photos, so sharp. Thanks for sharing. Can you share some basic information on the panoramas.
Thanks Bob

Thanks guys,

Robert, for the panoramas I used my 6d with a samyang 24mm f/1.4 lens @ f/2.0. Each frame was a combination of two iso 3200 30 second exposures, one with tracking for the stars, one without for the foreground. I used an ioptron skytracker for the tracking.
