Here is a good chart for you too consider before asking
"What Did I see"
It is a bit tongue in cheek but is true.;)

I found this on the iceinspace facebook page via "Astronomy Planets Galaxies" and thought it was worth posting here.
One thing I might add, A pair of binoculars at hand save many a typing finger:)
Cheers:thumbsup:

Very good Ron!

I've had more than one UFO/Meteor report that turned out to be distress flares from Moreton Bay.

The chart needs to add "Was it traveling in an arc" to its meteor branch :)

You have the chart now tell me what this was taken in 1997- it was seen hovering over a highway street light.

I am sorry to say that,
Lights in the sky in photographs have no value what so ever without times, size, and heaps of other data.
Without other people's observations and coroberation it is inpossible to have an opinion either way.
Cheers:thumbsup:

Sorry Pre digital, this was taken on something called black & white film. You took the film to the chemist and picked it up a week later. It was printed on something called photographic paper & use something called a darkroom to make the image with something called chemicals. Guess your up the creek then aren't you.:P

Neil deGrasse Tyson says that if we ever get abducted by aliens that we need to steel one of their surgical tools as good proof. Just pop it in your pocket and bring it home.

This graphic is pure gold isn't it- big claps to the person that did it.
