EQ6 hyper tune washers?

While I'm on a roll I guess I'll try my luck with another question :)

I stripped down my EQ6 today to try and get rid of the backlash in the RA axis and the tightness in the DEC axis that has been giving my guiding grief for a few months and I found almost all of the delrin/nylon/whatever washers are totally disintegrated. Short of buying a whole 'hyper tune' kit from the 'states just for a few washers does anyone know somewhere that stocks them?

A set of delrin washers I could make in 5 mins on my lathe if you
gave me some dimensions.

Thanks for the offer Steve but there's not even enough left to measure, they literally crumbled in my fingers as they came out.

I can't find any info on them anywhere?
