Not sure if there is too much interest here, but worth letting folk know. I have it for sale on Astromart as well. Prices are in US$.
I have a very nice Zeiss Telementor 2 for sale. Don't be fooled by the fact that this is "only" 63mm of aperture. These scopes are seriously under-rated.
The aperture is 63mm, and focal length is 840mm. Star images are wonderful, as you would expect.
Included is the OTA, the Zeiss T mount with slow motion controls. and the Zeiss wooden tripod. The OTA also has the required M44 to .96" adaptor.
The buyer has the option of the genuine Zeiss Telementor 7x42 finder as well. The price will reflect this, and I am happy to sell the scope with or without this finder. They are rare and unusual, and are priced accordingly.
The scope itself is in very good condition, with some obvious signs of use, but no dings or scrapes. They are designed to be used, and are extremely robust. It is not mint, but is very nice just the same. I have plenty of pictures if required, and those that are with this listing may show items that are not included in the sale. Only the items listed above are part of the sale.
Price is $950, plus shipping without the finder, and $1250 plus shipping with the finder.
