Whatever you do dont open this video (http://youtu.be/2H06wc4aezU) - of course we all know you will:rofl::P - - it covers roughly 2.5 hours of imaging so far

I apologise for the roughness of this video:help:. Its only 200 frames of the 298 I took on the 17th. There is a new massive active system now rounding the sun – took some shots of that very late this afternoon but I am still processing all the data from Friday. When I eventually hand crop and save this I will redo the video, until then it certainly looks promising. My poor lappy is grunting under the strain – Autostakert is has been processing the 298 600 frame grabs for over 24 hours…its 2/3rds done. I also took data very late this afternoon after returning from Sydney picking up my Daughter.

You have plenty of disc detail there, Photoshop will do it in 40 seconds, rock solid. see here -

Once you have your files processed put the ones you want in a folder.
You might need to lose those first couple, don't know you can try them though.
In PS CS6 go to File - Scripts - Load files into stack,
In the opened box, after you select the files, make sure you select Attempt to Automatically Align Source Images.
Hit OK.
You can also have all the files open PS and batch sharpen and crop them with any other processing you want all at once as an Action.
