In my opinion, go for it, that sounds like an awesome setup that is about as portable a high end outfit as I could imagine anyway..? and if it is dark skies you are looking to use it under then sheesh it would be a formidable system indeed...this is the only thing limiting Berts outfit IMO (and his processing abilities :lol:) and that's DARK skies :thumbsup:

Good luck with satisfying your perfectionist nature... but in the end one image with excellent stars across the frame is worth 100 imaginary ones with supposed perfect stars :)
