I know Mike will grimmace when he reads this, but I have had it. The seeing in my neck of the woods just isn't up to it.
I am selling the DMK21AF04, complete as new, with box, and software exactly as supplied about a month ago. It has been used for sure, but sparingly, and has certainly been looked after.
New it was US$490, plus postage of $30. I want to recoup all of this if possible, and am aware that this is close to the price of a new unit within Australia.
As an incentive I want to sell the DMK with the Homeyer MFW. This was a bargain at the price I paid US$450. It is complete with Clear, I/R, and RGB filters, (True Technology brand). I have had adaptors made to attach the DMK to the Homeyer. The MFW uses 12 volts, and is controlled by either the hand controller, or via a serial cable to the PC (I haven't tried this though).
So for the price of what you will end up paying anyway, you can be imaging before Jupiter disappears. (I would think time to Ozzie would be a week or less).
E mail me off group please if you want to discuss this further. Sorry Mike, but I am looking to channel the efforts (and cash) into deep sky imaging, at least it is dark here).
