First of all I know it is a beta version and I can expect some bugs there..

However ...

Was trying to stack some photos in raw format (cr2, 600d). I started experiencing after stacking stage there is a dialog box with no messages but an exclamation mark with OK button lately. Press OK then the DSS will close... anyone have similar situation before?

That means you are out of memory. You computer does not have enough RAM to complete the operation. Happened ALL the time with me on a 32 bit system, but very very rarely on a 64 bit system. Best idea is to shut down all background applications running and try again. Can even happen on a fresh rebooted system, so not sure how DSS handles memory.
