Portable Alt-Az Mount

I am looking for a very portable Alt-Azi mount for my FS60CB for Grab&Go/Solar use.

If you have something akin to the Telepod, Porta II etc please PM with details.
Prefer something in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically.
