Reducing 'chatter' in EQ6 Pro

Has anyone successfully removed the 'chatter' in the RA and Dec drives of theses mounts when it slows down to a stop after a GOTO slew?

Hi James we had a NEQ6 Pro and it was making those same noises we adjusted the gears and got rid of 98 - 99. % of the noise but that was not good enough and done the belt mod conversion .
There was no modification to the housing at all .
All up it was a good conversion and well worth the money.

That looks like a really neat kit. Have you measured the PE with the kit installed?

Now if the dam mods would do sticky like every other forum this place may stand a hope, they need to really look at cn/sl/as and take a page out of there books and see how you run a successful useful forum.
