Hi guys,
finally I found the time to process the files of the last session.
This is the first image taken with the modded 600D, for a total of 35 8 minutes frames with the 80ED on an NEQ6.
Flat, dark and bias frames as usual, and a good dose of patience.
Thanks to my friend Davide who lent me his monitor for processing. Amazing stuff, I want it!

I hope you like it and comments are welcome.
Clear skies, Jeff.

Great reprocess. Can't tell this from an RGB process.

Thanks guys,

@John - what do you mean, it looks a 'narrow band style' image? Glad for this ;)

For sure next step will be BW sensor with wheel, but not now. First I've to squeeze all I can from my setup.

Hi Jeff, pretty amazing for such gears. Got to say astro stuffs coming out of Italy are beautiful. Can I also ask whats special about your friend monitor?

Thanks David. I'm learning... happy to know someone likes them ;)
ok, the monitor isn't magic :D it just comes already calibrated from factory.
Also a friend of mine, who works in professional imaging, told me that EIZO is a very good brand and, last but not least, really cheap compared to performances.

Clear skies, J.
