Ok, I just found out that we landed on Titan some years ago. Don't know how I missed that:shrug: does anyone know where I can see some of the 350 photos they took. I googled it but could only find one. Has NASA released them?

Hi Jas,

The Huygens lander was an ESA/ ASI / NASA mission.

There was a TV doco called 'Voyage to the Planets' from a year or two ago. Narrated by Richard Roxbourgh. From memory it had video from the Huygens as it defended to the surface. SBS or the ABC shop might have the series.

I was just reading the abc write up about that series, and they reckon that Titan is the only other place that we know of where we do not need a space suit! :eyepop: it's gonna take me a while to get my head around this.

This is excellent - This is a movie from 2 cameras as Huygens approaches, falls through the atmosphere, and lands on Titan:
