Hi folks,
Here is a night landscape from ESO La Silla observatory. On the foreground one can see the dish of SEST radio-telescope (which is decommissioned now). On the background there is ESO 3.6-m optical telescope - exoplanets discovery machine. The color of the night sky is dominated by atmospheric airglow (greenish on the left, and vivid red on the right). The night was truly amazing, but at the same time it was extremely windy.
