NGC2467 in Puppis. This is the first time I've imaged this little nebula. I was surprised at how well it showed up on a single sub. Needs lots more time to show the outer loops but time is one thing we don't have in the tropics.

Pentax K-x, SW120mm f5 refractor, Astronomik CLS + Vivitar 81B filters, about an hour's worth of 2 minute subs at ISO 1600.

Thanks Jo. I only saw this myself last year. It's quite easy to see in the 5" visually.

Hey that's a great little nebula Kevin. Great image and like you say more data will make it even better.

Thanks Rex, though it needs more f/L too. A big fat newt would be the go rather than a short refractor.
