Let me be the first to congratulate you on this Mike. While I have had a very slight involvment only, it is refreshing to see someone taking the time to assist others in this hobby (or in my case obsession).
I am sure this will make the hit counter go through the roof.

From strength to strength....just keeps on getting better. Many thanks to you and your helpers Mike, the time and effort you put in are much appreciated, if rarely acknowledged, other than by the health, richness and vibrancy of the site.

Cheers

Dennis

The link to the article "The Structure, Proportions and Extent of the Universe" points to localhost, it should be http://www.iceinspace.com.au/index.php?id=63,266,0,0,1,0 (http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/../index.php?id=63,266,0,0,1,0)

Hi Mike;)
As a newcomer to this hobby i would like to take a minute to thankyou for this site...i have found it extremly helpful. i became a member only last year, but from the advice of many friendly and helpful people on the forums purchased a pair of 11x56 binoculars which i am very happy with...now i am thinking i would like to take the plunge again and part with some $ to purchase a telescope...the forums again have been extremely useful...
so, i think this site is great...i visit often, browse, and learn something important each visit...
congratulations to you for your skills in keeping so many more than satisfied with this site...for its friendlieness and practical support.
thanks

Mike,
Well done on the site. Like many others here I find it excellent and a gathering place of very good and kind people.

Congratulations to you and your team, without this site I would be floundering. I find my knowledge and enthousiasm for astronomy growing continually from all the great nuggets of info I find here.

Keep up the great work.
