Venus 10/11/13

Hi there!

Here is Venus imaged with an Astronomik Proplanet IR742.

There is a bit of processing artifact visible around the rim of the disc.

Thanks Stuart. I must say, unless you can catch some details on the disc, imaging Venus can be a bit of a non event (at least in my view).

I wanted to try the new filter under average conditions. I think it's my best venus so far in terms of disc definition.
