Is the Veil visible from Lostock?

Was passing the time tonight by projecting SkySafari to April next year when the next IISAC takes place. I notice that the Veil is at maximum elevation around 5:00am but am not sure if it is visible from Lostock due to the surrounding hills. Can anyone confirm either way?

Down by the creek, I think you will see it but it will be marginal. Markarian's Chain was easily visible for a long period, but it is 20 degrees higher in the sky. I would say up on the hill with the imagers it would definitely be visible high above the horizon.
