I have forgotten the name of the location, somewhere between Jasper and Banff in the Canadian Rockies. Every kilometer was an exhibition. Where to start and where to finish. Breathtaking at times. Postcard stuff.

EDIT: Bow Lake with Crowfoot Mountain and glacier.

Looks lke Lake Louise.

One of the great scenic locations of the world. I've done most of that drive and it was totally gorgeous. Up there with Switzerland and new Zealand.

Great shot Rowland - an amazing part of the world. We spent last Christmas at Lake Louise - carols finally made sense! Hope to go back in Spring or Autumn for a photography trip in the future.

Thanks Ron. I hope you get the chance.

Thanks Larry, I thought that too.

Thanks Carlos. It was too good to pass up. I know the meaning of rubberneck now.

Thanks Jason. Perhaps the only shot out of hundreds that I had time to frame and the composition was just there.

Thanks Mike.

Hi Greg. It's on the way to Lake Louise. I must look it up.

I'm still pinching myself. The weather was incredible, as you can see.

Wonderful Rowland!

Despite it being a big world, looks like the local tourism board there wouldn't have
to type many words in their advertising.

Thanks Gary - it's a bustling trade. The problem they have is minimizing the impact of commerce.
