Some photo's added to the article would be great - maybe one of mirror grinding and one of the finished product?

I'm afraid we are all going to be thrashed by this one: http://sdmtelescopes.com.au/2013/03/mikes-mighty-metre/
Forget the ladder, cherry pickers only need apply for the job!
Impressive build Frank, I maxed out my skills and patience with a 8.75" mirror...

Hi all,
Now moved into a house in Queensland, immediately set up high priority items, such as brewery and mirror making table... Having completed those basic necessities, it is time to attach a pic capturing the whole sad story of bulky accessories.
cheers,
Frank :P

Thank you all for the feedback, got a piece of 480mm glass for the next one, which I will make it with a shorter focal length. The reason is that a new problem has occurred up here in Qld, there are a lot of ceiling fans around and - do I need to say any more?? Luckily the damage was minor, but yer just got to be sooo carefull with this aperture fever! Just have to keep that focal length short!
