This is just a quickie, but if you've ever wondered about the versatility of a GoPro Camera have a look at this. My GoPro was out of action at the time but a mate who was at the wedding had two of his, so we stuck them up hopefully where no one would notice and captured the ceremony in timelapse from two different angles.

I just helped him to process the timelapses and produce the video , but its just a very simple paste together. It needs some sound... should've been recording the live music;) or some of the ceremony itself... given time I might include some stills and get a bit creative with zoom and pan inside Sony Vegas, or even some additional cropping for some close-up scenes in VDub since the photos were much higher resolution than needed for the video.:)

If you're looking for an excuse to buy a GoPro, add this to your list...;)

Totally agree Al

I've been having heaps of fun with my Hero3, they are an amazing camera.

I'm now getting the hang of of the GoPro studio software and putting together some cool videos of some bike rides.

Cheers

Thanks Mike. We were busted walking in with the cameras by the groom, but being good mates I just told him "Nothing to see here. Nothing to do with you. Get your mind back on the job!" ...Should've rung alarm bells to anyone, but he's a brave fella.:) I'm pretty sure very few people actually saw the cameras.

Excellent. Don't forget to post some links to Youtube so we can ride along with you.;):)

Tracey had 3 girls before, and they've had a boy since they got together so the sand ceremony was to involve the kids - everyone has a different colour. (There was a spare bottle of sand BTW... not sure if that means anything:shrug:).
