Hi guys

I've just revamped my Favourites album at my web site. I'd be interested to know what you think.

Some of you will have seen it before but I have changed the viewing sizes, tweeked and reprocessed some of the images and added a couple of new ones.

The images are best viewed by invoking full screen mode on your moniter. To look at the images in different sizes click on the size you want under each image (small, medium, large or original). The largest size for viewing is "original" and at this size the images are around 500k each but should still completely fit on your moniter with no slide bars. If you are on dial up (or are impatient) then perhaps look at the images in just "large" size (generally <100k). Once you have chosen a size to view an image in, each subsequent image will be viewed at the same size unless you click on a different size.

After you have looked at the images please indicate which is your favourite image/images, I'd be interested in the feedback...and I'd be :jump: !!

You can also "post a comment" or leave a message at the web site if you like :)

Cheers

Mike

Mike I rate them in this order.

1) Helix
2) Dusty Galaxy
3) Ngc 253 galaxy
4) M16 Eagle
5) M20 Trifid
6) Galaxy cluster Grus

And the rest a fairly average score of 9.5 out of 10....lol

One I didn't like personaly was the M42 Orion...and thats only because I like the look of DSLR version's of this bright target more so then the highly sensative ccd's..I dont know maybe it's just too bright a target for ccd work.

Great range of shots Mike.

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mike

With little pre-meditated thought, my spur of the moment favourites are as follows:

NGC 3576
Helix HaRGB
M16
Very faint Intergrated Flux Nebula (IFN)

You have a really nice website that is easy to navigate, well structured and intuitive to browse.

Fantastic collection, just wasted an hour lost in some of them. Really, all of them are stunning and the layout is excellent.
