Hi.

This is 1 single shot using a kodak easyshare 6340 on a 'bushmans' 60mm spotting scope taken over 12 mths ago.

I thought I would have a go at trying different deconvolution methods in Astraimage on a few old shots like this.

I'm not so sure if the final outcome is much better than the original (a bit sharper perhaps, & a different hue) so I wouldn't mind your opinion/thoughts etc on it.

VC deconvolution : 6 lterations : PSF type: Gaussian PSF settings: 0.5 curve radius.

Original on the left.

Definately sharper Asi, though I prefer the orginal colour

I agree, it's sharper John, but if you can maintain the original colour too.

The one on the right mate. Detail stands out much better.

Yep the on on the right is much sharper and heaps more detail i like the reddy hue.

Asi - I think any sharpening would be better done/looking in grayscale would it not?? I like the one on the left, anyways great shot mate :thumbsup:
