Hi All

I got the C11 out with the DMK41 camera and peekd at the moon last night and the conditions were surprisingly good despite being windy. I addded the powermate 2.5 and snapped away several avi's.

These were the picks from a variable bunch as the seeing was a little inconsistent. Some artifacts present from the compression limits for this site. Thanks.

 Very , Very good shot's Ted , I especially like the 3rd shot looking straight down on crater 'Theophilius' as it overlays the side of 'Cyrillus' well done , so much detail seen .
Brian.

Great shots Ted!. That C11 of yours is very performant and powerful on the Moon.

Funny, it seems we tend to image the Moon at the same time!

Hello, Ted

A terrific series of high resolution lunar features, giving the viewer the impression that they are in a Lunar Orbiter traversing the lunar scape.

Cheers

Thanks Eric, the C11 is very versatile and even an average performer like mine can do a good job. Yes its funny how that the moon comes up the same time for both of us: :)

Thanks Brian. I love managing to capture finer details, actually the rima is probably my favourite.

Thanks Laurie.

Thanks Dennis that is the effect I like to achieve when the seeing allows to work at higher mags.
