If you're looking for a book that covers in some "technical depth" the how's and why's of CCD imaging (Bias/Flats/Darks/ Noise/FWHM/ photometry etc etc) then you should go for:
"Handbook of CCD Astronomy" 2nd Ed. by Steve B Howell.
Highly recommended.
