Here is another shot from the ATCA shoot last weekend.
This is a very bright moon pano, but I hid the moon behind a dish ;-)
Canon EOS 7D
Tokina 11mm - 16mm zoom at 11mm
f2.8 @ ISO3200 @ 20 second exposures
2 rows of 14 vertical shots

Imagine if the Moon wasn't there! The Milky Way is dying to bust out :)
Great shot. I'd probably warp the edges a bit to try and get the horizon a bit straighter. It goes up and down a bit.

Yeah Im not quite finished with this one yet, the horizon was very warped originally, so this is a great improvement on what it was, but yes, I do agree that I need to get the horizon straight.

Thanks for the feedback guys
here is an adjusted version to appease Mike haha.
Also I removed the road edge posts, they were bothering me, and I tried to lift the Milky Way out a bit more, but not sure if I succeeded.

Looks great, how did you get the Milky Way to come out?
Awesome job, well done.

I separated the foreground from the background with a layer mask in photoshop and adjusted the levels and brightness and contrast to try and bring he milky way out a bit more.
